California healthcare skills center (CHSC) is an institution that is designed to train Nurse Assistants and Home Health Aides to provide safe and quality patient care. CHSC offers a flexible 6-week day class that starts Monday – Thursday from 11:30am to 8pm and weekend program from 8am to 4.30pm.

California Healthcare Skills Center (CHSC) prepares and assists students to sit for NATP certification exams. A student who successfully completes a course of study will develop knowledge, basic nursing skills, and be awarded an appropriate Nurse Assistant Certificates from CHSC and CDPH.

Individual student has different learning approach that is driven by culture, environment, and life experiences. Teaching strategies at CHSC are applied considering individual student learning styles and ability to achieve optimal learning experience and outcome.

Cost is $1,600 if paid in full on the first day of class. We offer the opportunity for our students to make payment plan. We require a minimum of half the program’s cost on the first day of class with the remainder paid off by the end of the class. The student will not be given a completion certificate until the payment is received in full. Cost for making a payment plan is $1,700. The cost covers Theory and clinical training, books, equipment, medical and physical exam, and CPR (Basic Life Support -BLS), $250 registration fee(non-refundable) and miscellaneous expenses are included in the cost of the program. *Live scan and CA board exam fee is Not included.
